I have completed an eBook tutorial and user’s guide for the new Canon 60D, called Your World 60D – The Still Photographer’s Guide to Operation and Image Creation. Learn to use your 60D, quickly and competently, to create the types of images you want to capture. You can learn more about the Your World 60D eBook and how to purchase it here.
(The eBook was originally, briefly called Real World 60D – it is the same book.)
I for one would buy it, assuming you could have it out reasonably soon after the 60D itself. I’ve seen a few of Jeff Revell’s “From Snapshots to Great Shots” books and even bought the Nikon D5000 version for a friend who is just moving up from point-and-shoots to a DSLR. I assume that’s the type of approach you would take.
Interested only if it’s free :)
I have managed to acquire a 60D and the book, which contains the best explanation of the various focusing modes that I have seen. They finally make sense. Thanks Mr. Klostermann.
Thanks for your feedback. I’m glad you found the book to be helpful!
