All of these are pretty basic quality lenses, but if you are looking for an affordable telephoto zoom to give you more reach for those sports, wildlife, and travel, now is a good time to buy.
If you are going to purchase any of these, I would suggest going with the EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS. With any lens, you get pretty much exactly what you pay for, so pay a little more for better image quality, color, contrast, and image stabilization.
